Inventory Specialist

An Inventory Specialist, oversees the storing, receiving and distributing processes of Carnegie Robotics’ products and supplies. Their main duties include controlling the flow of supplies and equipment, tracking and analyzing inventory maintenance and developing protocols for loss mitigation.

As an Inventory Specialist you will:

  • Track inventory maintenance
  • Compile inventory reports
  • Control flows of equipment and supplies
  • Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs
  • Pull and prepare orders for shipment/manufacturing, delivering the proper paperwork, packaging, and quantity for each order to the required destination in shipping and receiving

Requirements:

  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Hands on experience with ERP systems preferred
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50lbs
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Works well with a team
